    Workout at short intervals for a short period of time, rest and repeat. You'll be sweating and working hard to burn calories, build muscle and improve your fitness,

  • 30 Min HIIT 1

    Quick 40 second bursts of an intense workout with 20 seconds of rest to leave you breathless and in the highest calorie burning state.

  • HIIT Muscle

    After a quick warm up we will engage in intervals of muscle work. You will need a couple of medium to heavy weights and a mat for this class.

  • 15 Minute Cardio

    This workout will get your heart pumping, your calories burning and your muscles working. All you need is your mat! Let's go!!

    Workout with short intervals of intense cardio and muscle exercises! No weights required! All you need is a mat!

  • 15 Minute Cardio

    No equipment needed! Get in a quick cardio workout or start your workout series with this great class. Your heart rate will be up and your muscles will feel worked!

  • Tabata Yoga

    A fun twist on yoga, you'll burn more calories, increase strength and feel great. Set to typical Tabata timing of 20/10 intervals, you'll work your whole body.
