A slow yoga class where poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the muscles and ligaments to open and stretch. This style allows for the an increase of blood circulation to the muscles and increased flexibility. While in the pose you will be encouraged to find calm and quiet within to increase the relaxation and flexibility. A great class for anyone, especially those who engage in high impact classes, running, or cycling.
